Mr. Hari P. Chand is the Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor Mid-Western University, Nepal and Chairman of the Nepal Institute of Foreign Affairs and Prosperity (NIFAP).  He holds a Master’s Degree on International Relations and Diplomacy from Tribhuvan University and is a PHd candidate at on International Relations and Diplomacy from Tribhuvan University.
