Mr. Sein Win is an editor at the Mizzima Media and former Journalism Advisor of Internews Myanmar.

He had instructed training department staff in the techniques, procedures, ethics, obligations and legal constraints facing trainees and professional journalists.  

Previously, Sein Win worked as Training Director for Myanmar Journalism Institute.
