The Asian Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs (AIDIA) will be hosting the distinguished lecture with featured speaker  His Excellency Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Foreign Secretary of India on Friday 27 November  by 10:30 A.M.- 11:30 A.M. in  Kathmandu.  Mr. Shringla is expected to address issues related to Nepal-India bilateral cooperation.                    

‘This distinguished lecture is a part of AIDIA’s aim to promote public diplomacy’ said Mr. Sunil KC, CEO/Founder of AIDIA. This lecture series will be of great relevance especially in the context of shaping an informed public discourse that places issues in perspective and helps contribute to deeper understanding of bilateral ties that ultimately benefits both countries, Mr. KC added.  Participants from think-tanks, political circles, government agencies, diplomatic missions, academia, business and media are expected to attend this lecture series.    The lecture would be live on @AIDIASIA - Facebook Page and youtube channel  of AIDIA.             

India's Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla will arrive in Kathmandu on Thursday  for his two-day official visit and would hold talks with his Nepali counterpart Bharat Raj Paudyal and discuss wide ranging areas of bilateral cooperation.
