Shweta Karki

Shweta Karki is a teaching Faculty at Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Tribhuvan University. She worked at AIDIA as Research Associate from May 2024-May 2025. She graduated from the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Tribhuvan University in 2018 as a Topper with the Gold Medal, and has remained actively engaged in academia since then. She was previously associated with the Centre for Nepal and Asian Studies (CNAS) as an editor (2021-2023). She has publications on various online platforms, and has contributed to academic journals. Her research interests are within the areas of climate security, human development, international law and international human rights.
