About Yanki Doma Tamang
Yanki Doma Tamang is the Research & Communications Associate at the Asian Institute of Diplomacy & International Affairs (AIDIA). She is a multi-lingual policy strategist committed to bridging research and practice to shape evidence-based strategies in diplomacy and international cooperation. Her work spans across grassroots public policy, outreach, and digital strategy.
Ms. Tamang holds a Master’s degree in Political Science & International Relations from the University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. She previously served as an intern at AIDIA, where she gained early exposure to regional diplomacy and policy research.
She is currently working on a book exploring themes of society, identity, and lived experience in the Eastern Himalayas.
