H.E. Colonel Major Zada Seidou

H.E. Colonel Major Zada Seidou is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Niger to the Republic of India. Prior to his appointment, he served as Niger's Military (Defense) Attaché in India from 2013 to 2025, becoming the first Military Attaché to be appointed Ambassador in the same host country-a distinction recognized by the World Records Union, the Asia Book of Records, and the India Book of Records.

An active-duty officer of the Nigerien Army holding the rank of Colonel Major, Ambassador Seidou has held several operational and command appointments throughout his distinguished career. He is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy of Morocco, the United States Army Infantry School at Fort Benning, the Staff College in France, the Defence College in Italy, and has also pursued higher academic studies at Sapienza University of Rome and Luiss Guido Carli University in Italy.
