Ramadan ILAZI

Dr. Ramadan Ilazi is the head of research at the Kosovo Center
 for Security Studies (QKSS). Previously, Ilazi served as the
 Deputy Minister of European Integration in the Government of
 the Republic of Kosovo. His portfolio includes enhancing
 dialogue and cooperation between the government and civil
 society regarding the European Integration Agenda, supporting
 the development of the national action plan for the adoption of
 the Acquis, and coordinating government efforts to promote
 open data. He was the executive director of the Kosovo Institute
 for Peace from 2012 to 2014 and the executive director of the
 FOL Movement from 2008 to 2011. He completed his master's
 studies at St. Andrews University, School of International
 Relations and is a doctoral candidate at Dublin University,
 Ireland
