Lulzim RAFUNA

Lulzim RAFUNA is the President of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce. He has held various positions in Kosovo's public institutions, including Advisor to the Director of Kosovo Customs on Customs Policies and Advisor to the Minister of Finance on fiscal policy and international agreements. From January to March 2020, he served as Kosovo's Minister of Finance. Rafuna also advised the Prime Minister of Albania on customs and tax reforms from 2017 to 2020 and was the General Director of Kosovo Customs from 2013 to 2016, focusing on revenue collection, trade facilitation, and combating smuggling. He previously worked as Legal Director at Kosovo Customs (2007 2013) and Legal Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of Kosovo in 2013. Rafuna has also lectured at private colleges in Kosovo and is fluent in Albanian, English, Italian, and Serbian
