Sajina Rai is Director of Program and Research Fellow (Foreign Affairs) at the Asian Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs (AIDIA). Rai serves as a Board Member of the Scientific Council of COP29 Presidency. She is Executive Assistant to the President of Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) and member to the Event, PR, Publication, Chapter and Membership Drive Committee of NICCI. She is Director at Nepal Skill Initiative Project. 

Rai holds MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from Tribhuvan University. She was an Exchange Fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies, Sichuan University, Chengdu, China in 2017.
