Yanki Doma Tamang is the Research & Communications Associate at the Asian Institute of Diplomacy & International Affairs (AIDIA). A multi-lingual policy strategist  committed to bridging research and practice to shape evidence-based strategies in diplomacy and international cooperation. Skilled in grassroots public policy , community outreach and digital strategy. 

Ms. Tamang holds a Masters Degree in Political Science & International Relations from Delhi University. She is currently working on a book exploring themes of society, identity and lived experience in the eastern himalaya’s.
