Mr. Ujjwal Upadhyay, Consultant (DRR and Climate-induced Loss & Damage) at Practical Action Nepal, is an expert, academic, and researcher specializing in climate-induced Loss and Damage, Impact-Based Forecasting, Adaptation and Mitigation, Climate Financing, DRR, and Climate Resilience.
